so what youre telling me is. its $20/month. i have to keep paying that every month to use the software. and if your company goes under, in order to keep using your software, i have to pay potentially MILLIONS to acquire your company and pay off its debts? or negotiate for just the IP and source code? and hire the 1-2 people who still know how to get it to compile as contractors? youre suggesting i spend at least hundreds of thousands of dollars on a fucking app?? are you out of your mind
