Screenshot of TypeScript code for an HTML parser's "on open tag" callback. It attempts to find an SVG tag with a series of nested "if" statements checking the string length and then each letter index one-by-one. Full code is transcribed in a reply.

@sodiboo performance - this runs in a very tight loop and I don't feel like experimenting to see if the JIT can optimize it enough
