@illyBytes to be fair to the spec, every country would get 32-bit address space (which is the same size as an entire ipv4 address space), plus there are those huge phone, mobile, fixed telephone, and tv spaces
still a really stupid specification, any already existing infrastructure that deals with ipv4 wouldn't be able to handle this mess, and if an infrastructure needs to be updated to support it, it may as well be updated to support ipv6
