So with Google speedrunning their downfall I've degoogled everything but one and it uses AI. The Text-To-Speech I use on stream uses Google's machine learning, obviously this is a problem morally and practically.
There's a growing number of people with disabilities applauding AI for doing what people should have been doing in webdev years ago and if we don't make a solution they will continue to do so.
So please, if you know of a TTS that fits most of these criteria let me know. All would be a dream come true.
