EDIT: it only does this when plugged to the wall
EDIT 2: doesnt happen at all with my sister's charger x3333
phone touch test screen, all the vertical lines are squiggly as fuck even tho i went down in a perfect straight line with my finger

this normally happen when it is not properly grounded (either the charger or the phone plug)... that happens a lot with motorola too
