i dunno how much sense it makes since haiku is very desktop centric and i get the sense that nix/guix are more intended for servers
but, you could
assuming it isn't /actual/ guix but some kind of similar tool made specifically for haiku it would make sense for it to have declarative management of hpkg packages and stuff in /boot/system/settings :3
