cart had about $5, not a whole lot. its the amount that's hard to steal but uneconomical compared to the risk, so i'm definetly a normal customer.
i pay, money goes through, i take my bag, at the edge of my ear i hear the most wasteful phrase i can ever hear from a store, "phone number, please?"
ok. look. ignoring privacy and security arguments. just think about it.
im not syncing my contacts onto the bread. im not conducting international trade with the bread. and im certainly not making romantic arrangements with the bread. then why the hell do you need my phone number?
anyways i just walked out. the line was long, it was hot outside, and half the waiting time was exchanging phone numbers so big loaf can,,, do whatever the hell they're supposed to do with a batch of phone numvers
