tried to swap a physical sim into an eSIM in the business service portal. selected the options to give me the eSIM as QR code online and to only disable the old card once the new one is activated
never got the QR code, the order just got stuck so i couldnt change anything about my cards anymore but also couldnt finish the swap
just spent 20 minutes on the phone to eventually be told "you need to select the option to disable the old card immediately, if you select disable later the QR code never gets sent". the guy then had to manually delete the pending sim card so that i could request a new swap with the correct settings that don't brick the entire fucking contract
i dont even want to imagine how much slop powers this thing
