Also, in case anyone's wondering how to do this in Krita:
Image > Convert image color space, select "CMYK"
Image > Separate image
Group all the split layers, and then move some of them a little bit to make the cool offset printing effect
Add a filter layer to the group, select "halftone" (under "artistic"), set mode to "independent channels", and then proceed to fuss with the options for like an hour
