@illyBytes this goes onto the list of "things I had to suffer and be punished for for decades because my mother distrusted science and kept me away from therapists"

But hey today after 28 years I'm starting to get better at writing because I do it so extremely much and love it so much now that nobody judges or grades me for it anymore, that I have high internal motivation to develop copes for it
