aree we getting mad at using "intersex" to describe furry porn characters nowadays? i still be calling my fursona a dickgirl the woke mob can't stop me
@eri i think nowadays e621 has other terms, instead of dickgirl is gynomorph. the counterpart is andromorph, this is a different thing from herm (hermaphrodite), which is specially female bodies, the counterpart is maleherm
all of these are under the umbrella of intersex too, which is applied automatically i think
then there are flowcharts on how to tag gender which i find very amusing, i like when there's a flowchart. reminds me of the flowchart on how to tag all the different kinds of NTR
@agatha i think e6 admins made those up as a smokescreen to distract from the fact that their tagging system misgenders characters on purpose. but i also have a deep seated hatred towards that site and therefore hate everything they do
@eri@agatha they really do deliberately misgender characters on purpose
i got into an edit war about one of my pieces of art on there, where it was tagged "gynomorph" and... "male". and then they locked it down, and that's when i gave up posting there lmfao
meanwhile characters that look identical to mine will be tagged "gynomorph" and "female" .-.
@EeveeEuphoria@eri this seems just wrong, their tagging flowchart treats as male and gynomorph are exclusive. you are either male, female, gynomorph, andromorph, etc.
i am unsure what both tags (on a piece with a single character) imply. transformation images do have both, even if in that image the character is only one (if it's a children image)
@EeveeEuphoria@eri if your character has a penis and no breasts it is tagged as male, per the flowchart, i don't like this but i will say this is in line with "tag what you see" policies, and at least they are using the words for biological sex, other boorus do not care and use girl and boy all the time
being trans is a lore detail, the tags are meant to be strictly visual, because it's an image board
