they just need to give a "pixel art" preset to av2 or h2.67 or whatever to kill off gifs ngl. Just™ disable the bits that fringe the colors and keep the rest

@kopper we kinda already have a really good image format for Quite Okay pixel art/bitmap Images (QOI) (Used by game maker apparently lol)
i wonder if it could be hacked into being an animated format :3c
